International Women's Day

Still rather upset that women get one of the days of the year to call theirs; are all the other days permanent International Men's Day? But, I don't want to be bitter, especially since this day is meant to be taken seriously. It's quite a big deal, you see.

We now move on to NYFW Fall 2011 with Rag & Bone. They still have a bit of the English mountain climber vibe, but now in the form of a Northern explorer adopting the ways of the Inuit. The color in this collection really got me excited; David Neville and Marcus Wainwright weren't afraid to pair a royal blue with orange and plaid in a toggle coat, or layer prints over each other. I really loved the stripes and colorblocking in the trousers, they added a certain sporty vibe to the collection. And like any fall and winter season demands, the outerwear was plentiful and looked extremely cozy. I do believe it's time for some DIY...
